Thanks for your interest in this offer. In order to obtain a free MySpace or NuestroMySpace layout you have to agree on the following rules:

Agreements Among the Client and the Designer

The Client (You) and the Designer (Rafael Vila) will come to an agreement among them for the creation of the Client customized MySpace or NuestroMySpace layout allowing the Designer to redistribute the layout for free on this site or to distributed by other medias as the author of the layout.
The Layout option for the layout is the Regular (see table on the left for orientation). No other option is availabe for the Free Customized Layout.
The Client will never erase or block any link on the layout that redirect to this or any other site owned by the designer. The sites are www.vistaicontutorial.com, www.raphiee.com, www.mallattheuniverse.com, www.ushated.org and www.exoticfl.com.
The Client will never remove any authority credit on the customized layout and any link on it. Will never change the content on the link or edit the address in the links. Unless receive written (emailed) authorization from the Designer.
The Designer in other part, will never use the design for scam or phishing. Will never promote pornography or drugs in any of his sites. And neither the Client will ask for a layout promoting pornography, violence or drugs.
The images supplied by the Clients will be legitimate and owned by the Client. If the designer is charge against any copyright law because of the images in (or the design of) the layout, the Client will pay some or the entire fine and court costs that the Designer is charge for.
The Designer will choose whether to accept or deny the conceptualization or the design of the layout at will, and don't have the obligation under any law to give any explanation to the Client or any other party, neither lawyers, legal officers, civilians, law enforcement members or goverment agents (including the president) and neither any religious member or authority or any other person, animal or electronic devices.
The Client will be the owner of the design as long as these agreements are followed in totality.
The Designer will not lucrate himself with the design as long as the agreements are followed, if any of the clausures are broke, the Designer will have the right to sell or distribute, by any lucrative meaning, the layout or any of it's component (including the images). Whether through any owned (by the Designer) web site, any auction web site or digital media (such as cd's, dvd's or direct download).
The Client will have the right to purchase the layout for the quantity of $100.00USD if want to keep the layout for being distributed. But will have no right to take legal action against any user that had download the layout before the request of sole property and rights reserved by purchased the layout with the quantity of $100USD. The Designer will not distribute or offer the layout after the process is completed and will remove the layout code and images from the website within 24hrs after the transaction is made. After that, the Client is the sole propertor of the layout but still has no right to remove the authority credits from the layouts. And the Client will keep it visible at all time the layout and any of it components (example: top banner.) are posted or uploaded in any server or visible through any website.
The Designer will have the right to use the design as part of his portfolio, even though the Client bought it from him (The Designer).

These are the agreements to obtain the free customized layout from Rafael Vila or any of the owned by him web sites.
